Prospect Bay Staff

Mr. Tipton is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Turfgrass Management Program and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Shore Association of Golf Course Superintendents and was named ESAGCS “Player of the Year” in 2012. Tom lives in Easton with his wife Allison (an elementary school teacher) and sons Jaden and Brady. He enjoys coaching youth baseball and football, as well as playing golf, hunting and fishing.

Ash first joined the staff in 2017 and assumed his current role as Head Golf Professional in 2018. Ash is a Maryland native, having grown up in Frederick County. He attended the University of Baltimore and earned a BA in American History and Jurisprudence. Ash loves everything about Prospect Bay and being your golf professional and is passionate about growing the golf program at the club. Ash lives in Centreville with his wife, Shelby, their two children, Charlie and Lucy, and two labs, Palmer and Emma.

Mason Satchell is an Eastern Shore native hailing from Talbot County. Mason grew up at Talbot Country Club learning the game of golf from his father. Mason attended Saints Peter & Paul High School where he played golf, swam and ran cross country. Mason excelled on the golf course right from the start going to the MIAAB Conference Championship in his Freshman and Junior years. Mason then attended Methodist University and graduated in the fall of 2021 with a degree in Professional Golf Management from the Reeves School of Business. Mason has worked at Cattail Creek Country Club as well as with the Philadelphia Section of the PGA. He brings a wealth of tournament operations knowledge, junior golf development and instruction as well as extensive experience in the areas of customer service. In his free time he likes to play golf, hunt and hang out with friends and family.

Graham joined the staff in March of 2023 as an Assistant Golf Professional. Originally from the Midwest region of both Indiana and Michigan, Graham attended Adrian College as well as Keiser University College of Golf. There he earned an Associate's Degree in 2015. Graham has been in the industry ever since and has worked at clubs in Vermont, South Carolina, Florida and now here in Maryland. Graham is a very talented instructor, coach and player and fell in love with the atmosphere here at Prospect Bay immediately. He is also the Head Golf Coach at The Gunston School in Centreville, MD and is an assistant coach for the Salisbury University hockey team.
